Fasting is a simple and effective method for regenerating and cleansing the body.

Used throughout history by humans and animals alike in times of illness or injury, it activates the body's natural self-healing capacities.

Fasting gives the body — and especially the digestive system — a rest through the temporary suspension of food. It simply means not eating, generally for a period of a few days.

Digestion uses a great deal of energy. When we stop eating, we save that energy, and the body naturally redirects it towards other functions — particularly cleansing, repair, and regeneration.
